DESIGN MEETS FUNCTIONALITY
Our CoolTop® technology for construction applications deliver solar heat reflectance and near infrared (NIR) reflectance to provide sustainability advantages like increased service life and energy efficiency.
Sustainability
Working sustainably and thinking about the future motivates us to take responsibility for our environment.
The concrete products we supply are manufactured using cementitious materials such as Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) and Fly Ash, a cement replacement that provides a better quality product while promoting the undoubted and proven sustainability of construction.
The majority of our raw materials are sourced from within the country, so the amount of transport of raw materials is kept to an absolute minimum. We place a high priority on quality products, which also means managing waste during production and handling, and recycling wherever possible any waste generated.
We cover the scope of Green Building Regulations that contribute to LEED rating system such as regional materials, recycled materials, heat island reduction (Solar Reflectance Index, SRI), rainwater management, water efficiency, thermal comfort, indoor environment quality, durable hardscape materials, basic construction waste management, and innovation in design.
